If anything arrives misprinted, damaged, or just plain wrong, we'll reprint or refund — no return shipping required. Just send a photo within 30 days.

Spelled your boat name wrong? Email us within an hour of checkout and we'll catch it before production starts. After that, the printer takes over.
Every item is custom-printed for you, so we hold each one to the standard you'd expect from a non-custom product. If the print is misaligned, the design is faded, the seams are off, or the item arrives damaged in transit — that's on us.
How to claim:
What's covered: print defects, damaged-in-transit items, the wrong product shipped, color shifts vs. the on-screen proof, and any obvious quality issue with the item itself.
What's not: a different boat name than what you typed at checkout (use the one-hour window for that), normal wear from heavy outdoor use, sizing issues if you ordered the wrong size after seeing our size chart, or buyer's remorse on a custom-printed item with your boat's name on it (no one else can use it).
You don't pay return shipping on a defect claim. If a reprint is the fix, we ship the new one free. If you want a refund, we refund the item plus original shipping.
Production + delivery happens in two phases. Everything ships from US-based print partners — no overseas shipping waits.

You'll get an email with tracking the moment the carrier picks up your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, or your package is marked delivered but missing, email us and we'll open a carrier trace.
Your order doesn't go to the printer the moment you check out — there's a one-hour buffer where we can still make changes. After that, the file is in the queue and it's printing.
What you can change in the window:
How to use it: email Support@boatnamemerch.com with your order ID (BNM-#####) and the change you need. Don't reply to the order-confirmation email — that goes to a no-reply address. Direct emails route to a human and we'll catch them within minutes during business hours.
After the hour: the order is in production. If you catch a mistake later, email us anyway — sometimes we can still intercept it, and if not we'll work something out.
