Shipping Cost

$9.99 flat rate on every order under $75. Free standard shipping on every order over $75 inside the continental U.S.

Timeline

• Day 0: You place the order. Stripe confirms payment.
• Day 1–4: Your items go into production at one of our U.S. print partners (production time varies by item — drinkware is fast, flags and beach towels take a bit longer).
• Day 5–9: Order ships with USPS or UPS tracking. Tracking number arrives by email.
• Day 7–14: Delivered to your door (continental U.S.).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International orders are not supported at this time.

Multi-item Orders

Items from different categories may be made by different print partners, so you may receive multiple packages over a few days. That's normal — each one ships as soon as it's ready, no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as each package ships. If your tracking hasn't updated within 72 hours of the shipment email, or if your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, email Support@boatnamemerch.com and we'll work with the carrier to find it.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the package and the damaged item and email us within 14 days. We'll reprint and reship at no charge. If a package goes missing, contact us — we'll re-ship as soon as the carrier trace is resolved.
